Booking, payment & cancellation.

Levante Afitos Suites is an adults-only property. Only guests aged 18 and over may stay overnight; no cots, cribs, or extra beds for children are available on the premises.

Once you submit a booking request, the selected dates are held for you while we confirm availability. You'll receive a confirmation email with our bank details for the deposit within one working day.

A 30% deposit of the total stay is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Your dates are held for 14 days after we send the bank details; if we do not receive the deposit within that window, the reservation is released.

The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 14 days before your check-in date. We will send a friendly reminder in advance. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release the room and retain the deposit.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before your check-in date.

You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your check-in date. In this case we will refund your 30% deposit in full, by bank transfer, within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in — including no-shows — are non-refundable. The deposit and any balance already paid are retained.

Check-in: from 15:00 until 18:00. Check-out: from 08:00 until 11:00. Your host will meet you at the property to let you in. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, let us know in advance so we can arrange your welcome.

• Adults only — the minimum age for check-in is 18. Children are not allowed.
• No capacity for extra beds or cots.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 15:00 and 17:00.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors.

• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
• Free private parking on site (reservation is not needed).
• Shared pool, sun loungers and outdoor shower.

If your plans change, contact us at levanteafitos@gmail.com as early as possible. We'll always try to move your dates when the calendar allows, subject to availability.

All payments are made by bank transfer to the account we send with the confirmation email. Bank fees on your side are the guest's responsibility. We do not currently accept card payments through this website.
