Booking, payment & cancellation.

We host directly, one reservation at a time. Payment is by bank transfer. The terms below apply to every booking made through this website.

1. Reservation request

Once you submit a booking request, the selected dates are held for you while we confirm availability. You'll receive a confirmation email with our bank details for the deposit within one working day.

2. Deposit — 30% at confirmation

A 30% deposit of the total stay is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Your dates are held for 14 days after we send the bank details; if we do not receive the deposit within that window, the reservation is released.

3. Balance — 70% due 14 days before check-in

The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 14 days before your check-in date. We will send a friendly reminder in advance. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release the room and retain the deposit.

4. Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in

You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your check-in date. In this case we will refund your 30% deposit in full, by bank transfer, within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

5. Cancellation within 14 days of check-in

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in — including no-shows — are non-refundable. The deposit and any balance already paid are retained.

6. Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out until 11:00. Levante Afitos is an adults-only property.

7. Modifications

If your plans change, contact us at levanteafitos@gmail.com as early as possible. We'll always try to move your dates when the calendar allows, subject to availability.

8. Payment method

All payments are made by bank transfer to the account we send with the confirmation email. Bank fees on your side are the guest's responsibility. We do not currently accept card payments through this website.
